Dr. Kennedy attended the University of Mississippi at Oxford, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He continued on at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, earning his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1984.

Dr. Kennedy’s post graduate training began with a Transitional Internship at the Medical Center in Columbus, GA, followed by a General Surgery Internship and as an Orthopaedic Surgery resident at the Greenville Hospital System in Greenville, SC. He Completed a Foot and Ankle Fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin and a Total Joint and Adult Reconstructive Fellowship at the University of Utah.
