Elizabeth Nguyen, M.D. is an interventional physiatrist who is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. She is fellowship trained in interventional spine and sports medicine, and specializes in the non-operative care of spine conditions, sports injuries, and general musculoskeletal disorders.Dr. Nguyen grew up in Houston, TX and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). After obtaining her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, she completed residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation, also known as PM&R or physiatry, at New York-Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia and Cornell. While in residency, she served as chief resident and was awarded several honors for excellence in patient care.
