Dr. Johnson is an experienced surgeon who specializes in the treatment of breast, stomach, colon, and esophageal cancers. He received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota, where he also completed his residency. He is the president of the Minneapolis Surgical Society and currently works at Surgical Specialists of Minnesota.

Dr. Johnson has been named a Top Doctor in Minneapolis / St. Paul Magazine every year since 2002, and currently acts as the Medical Director for Abbott Northwestern Surgical Services.
