Dr. Rubbo graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh. After attending Temple University School of Medicine, he completed a five year residency in orthopedics at Geisinger Medical Center and pediatric orthopedic training at A.I. DuPont Institute. He practiced in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania before joining OIP in 2000.Dr. Rubbo is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of the Dauphin County Medical Society, Pennsylvania Medical Society, Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society, Eastern Orthopedic Association and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
