After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Economics from Cornell University and then a Master of Science in Biochemistry from the University Of Rochester, Dr. Siddiqi began studding medicine at the prestigious Cornell University Medical College in New York. After receiving his Medical Doctorate and graduating with honors, Dr. Siddiqi entered and completed his internship in general surgery and residency in Orthopaedic surgery as Chief Resident, at the Albert Einstein College, New York. Before practicing medicine, Dr. Siddiqi was accepted into and completed two Fellowships in spinal surgery and the treatment of spinal disease.

For his Fellowship programs, Dr. Siddiqi was trained under the guidance of world renowned spine surgeons, Paul C. McAfee, MD, previous Chief of Spinal Surgery at Johns Hopkins University in reconstructive and minimally invasive spine surgery, Baltimore, MD.
