DR. FRED L. BYE has been very blessed to have had three distinct opportunities to grow, learn and help others during my dental career.

He was awarded an Air Force dental professional scholarship prior to entering dental school. Accordingly, his first dental career began immediately upon completion of his periodontal specialty training program with my assignment as Chief of Periodontics at Shaw AFB Regional Hospital in South Carolina. During this time, he completed Air Command and Staff College, became board certified, advanced to the rank of major and had the opportunity to provide care for both active duty and retired members of the Air Force. His time in the Air Force gave him a very special and forever lasting appreciation and respect for all members of the United States military.
