Dr. Garrett Metcalf was born and raised in a small agriculture town in northern Oklahoma. Dr. Metcalf graduated from Oklahoma State College of Veterinary Medicine 2011 and completed his equine internship at Oakridge Equine Hospital in 2012.

Dr. Metcalf and his wife Kaci met in the same veterinary class at Oklahoma State University and shortly after graduation got married in Stillwater, OK. Dr. Metcalf resides in Glenpool, OK with his wife and son.
