Dr. Hiro Iwamoto is an Atlanta native. He graduated from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina, and later obtained his DVM from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Hiro was a long-time client of our animal hospital before obtaining his doctorate.

He first joined the staff as a veterinary technician and after graduating from UGA, he rejoined the staff at Clairmont as a veterinarian. His personal interests include vintage automobile restoration and playing the banjo. Dr. Hiro and Dr. Hochel have two wonderful dogs and two semi-sweet cats.
