Dr. Islam earned his medical degree from Dhaka Medical College in Bangladesh. He completed an internship, residency and fellowship at Hospital of St. Raphael, affiliated with Yale School of Medicine, in New Haven, Connecticut. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology and associated with Good Samaritan Medical Group.
