Dr. Meadows began private practice in Jacksonville and over time established the practices in Goldsboro and Morehead City. Dr. Meadows is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a member of the Southeastern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a member and past president of the North Carolina Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a member of the American Dental Association. He has privileges at Onslow Memorial Hospital and has served on numerous hospital committees.
