Jack Coleman, Jr., MD, is the Medical Director of our facility in Nashville, TN. He earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati and completed his internship and general surgery residency at the same institution. Moving to Pennsylvania, Dr. Coleman became otolaryngology resident at the University of Pittsburgh Eye and Ear Hospital. He also served as a Lieutenant Commander and Commander in the United States Naval Reserve.
