Dr. Jack G. Siebenaler II, MD is a native of Oregon, Ohio. He attended Clay High School and, upon graduation, entered the pre-medical program at The University of Toledo. After completing his undergraduate studies, he went on to medical school at the Medical College of Ohio, where he received his M.D. He then followed with a residency specializing in family practice at W.W. Knight, an affiliate of Toledo Hospital.
