Dr. Jacob B. Pugsley, D.O. – Dr. Pugsley earned his degree from Midwestern University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, interned at the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana, and completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Indiana University. Dr. Pugsley is a licensed osteopathic physician and certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. While an undergraduate at Utah State University, Dr. Pugsley competed in the Decathlon and was the captain of the track and field team.
