Dr. Freeman is an alumnus of Gettysburg College. He received his Master of Science from the University of Maryland in 1996 and his Dental Degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Dental Surgery in 2000. He completed the Army 1-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry through the U.S. Army DENTAC in Baumholder Germany and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Dr. Freeman served as Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri prior to leaving the Army.Dr. Freeman is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and A Fellow in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
