Dr. Joseph F. Kern completed his undergraduate studies at Ursinus College in 2000 with a B.S. in Biology. He was a member of the Beta Beta Beta Biological Honor Society and played on the 1996 Centennial Conference Champion Ursinus College football team. Dr. Kern received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2004. He received several honors while in dental school including the Gorgas Odontologic Honor Society and the Horace Wells Award for Excellence in Anesthesia. Dr. Kern received his M.D. degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in 2007 and he subsequently completed two years of General Surgery residency at Hahnemann University Hospital.

Great Doctor!

Dr. Kern is GREAT! He took his time & explained everything thoroughly. He pulled my daughters wisdom teeth. Now he is going to pull my tooth and do reconstructive surgery. I feel confident in his work! Everyone, EXCEPT MaryAnn, in office was a 10! Very friendly and helpful.MaryAnn was miserable. I had an MRI to get to & she could care less about helping me get out of the office. Just nasty, almost made me decide to go elsewhere for my surgery! I will avoid her at all costs. It's a shame.
