Dr. Chang is a physiatrist specializing in the non-surgical treatment of the spine and in electrodiagnostic medicine.  He is one of a few board certified physicians in electrodiagnostic medicine in the state of South Dakota.  He is named one of America’s Top Physicians in the specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by Consumer’s Research Council of America.  He has over 25 years of experience treating patients with neck and back pain.  He is subspecialized in Electrodiagnostic Medicine, performing interventional spinal injections and acupuncture.
