Dr. Pell graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with a BS in biology. In 2010, she achieved her VMD from Penn Veterinary Medicine and completed a small animal medicine rotating internship at VSCD the following year. 

After one year in private practice, Dr. Pell returned to VSCD as a full-time emergency clinician. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and Delaware Veterinary Medical Association. She actively volunteers for MANNA Philadelphia, preparing nourishing meals for those in need. In her spare time, Dr. Pell plays tennis and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
