Leonid Chernyak, D.O. is a graduate of both New York College of Osteopathic Medicine of NY Institute of Technology and State Medical Academy in Tver, Russia. He completed his residency in Anesthesia at both St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital/Columbia University in New York City and at the Central Institute of Advanced Medical Studies in Moscow, Russia. Dr. Chernyak has also completed a Pain Management Fellowship at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital/Columbia University in New York City.

Dr. Chernyak is board certified in both Pain Management and Anesthesiology.
