Dr. Lamb received the Christian Brother full academic scholarship and attended LaSalle University in Philadelphia. In 1990, he was graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry. Dr. Lamb then received a doctorate of medicine degree of Jefferson Medical College in 1994. He was graduated cum laude and was honored with membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Following a general surgery internship at Pennsylvania Hospital, Dr. Lamb undertook an orthopaedic surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Thomas Jefferson University Hospital’s affiliation with The Rothman Institute, A.I. Dupont Children’s Hospital, Cooper Hospital Trauma Center, as well as local professional and collegiate sports teams, provided him with an extensive background in all aspects of orthopaedic surgery.
