Dr. Meeneghan received his undergraduate degree from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.  He earned a B.S. in biology, minored in music and graduated summa cum laude. He received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, Virginia and completed is internal medicine residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. After finishing his residency, he completed a hematology and oncology fellowship at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
