After completing medical school at Kansas University and Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Missouri, Dr. Michael Khadavi pursued a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Stanford University. He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with an extra Certification in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, Interventional Spine, and Running Medicine. Dr. Khadavi emphasizes comprehensive, non-operative care of musculoskeletal conditions from “head to toe.”He also subspecializes in the care of runners, focusing on the biomechanics of running to return his runners to the pavement as quickly and safely as possible. Dr. Khadavi is the Medical Director of the Sports and Running Medicine Clinic at Carondelet Orthopaedic Surgeons, and has implemented a running injury and prevention program called RunSafe.
