Dr. Michael Miloro received his undergraduate education at the University of Rochester. He completed his dental school at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, and medical school and postgraduate residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
