Dr. Jolley graduated with honors from Notre Dame in 1969 and received his medical degree from New Jersey College of Medicine in 1973. His internship and first year general surgery residency were completed at N.Y.U. – Bellevue in 1974 and 1975, and his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Southern California, L.A. County Medical Center in 1979.

Dr. Jolley completed a Fellowship in total joint replacement at the Hospital for Special Surgery, New York Hospital – Cornell Medical School in 1980 and was Board Certified in orthopaedic surgery in 1982.
