Dr. Werner graduated from Jefferson Medical College. He completed his orthopedic residency at Albany Medical College and a foot and ankle fellowship at the Campbell Clinic. He also worked at a level I trauma center for two years before joining OIP in 2004.Dr. Werner is board certified and a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society and Pennsylvania Medical Society.
