My husband and I recently met with Dr. Barber, who was referred to us by our urologist. The purpose of our visit was to help us determine the advisability of adding chemotherapy to my husband's treatment for advanced prostate cancer. Dr. Barber was extremely caring, listened to our concerns and answered all our questions without rushing us. When he phoned to give the results of tests he had ordered, he patiently explained the test results and his subsequent treatment recommendations, once again taking time to thoroughly explain his findings and answer questions. Dr. Barber is a very special physician.
