Paul S. Allen, DMD, JD, a native of Passaic, New Jersey, received his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. He then earned his dental degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. In 1975. Following dental school he went to Baltimore, MD to do an internship and residency in Oral Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital. An employment opportunity brought him to Harrisburg where he eventually started his own private practice of oral and maxillofacial surgery. In 1990, Dr. Allen had the opportunity to attend Widener Law School at night, earning his law degree and passing the bar in 1994. He continues to practice Oral Surgery full time.
