He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Fort Worth Affiliated Hospitals in Fort Worth, Texas. Obtaining a fellowship at Phoenix Integrated Hand and Upper Extremity, Dr. Campbell relocated to Phoenix, Arizona where he has practiced for more than 14 years.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr Campbell to a friend.

I had a hand fracture that required surgery and Dr Campbell has been AMAZING throughout the whole process. His office is very nice. My only complaint is the receptionist (blond, don't know her name) isn't very friendly. However Joanna, who called post surgery to check in and put the cast on is friendly, professional and did a great job. Dr Campbell took the time to go over all the X-rays with me, explain the fracture and what to expect for the procedure. The day of the surgery he was very comforting and kind to my family. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend
