Dr. Day is a family practice physician with an emphasis in children and adolescent medicine. Dr. Day offers general family care including vaccination education, well child checks, well-woman exams and holistic care for chronic and acute illness. She also offers specialized care in the form of HCG weight loss and prolotherapy (regenerative injection therapy). As a naturopathic doctor, Dr. Day is inspired by the ability of the human body to heal, rejuvenate and find vitality when given the necessary support.

Before joining YNC, Dr. Day practiced as a naturopathic physician in Sultan, Washington, where she completed her medical residency. Sultan is a small town located at the base the Cascades, about 40 miles northeast of Seattle. Dr. Day offered family care including vaccinations, well child checks and body work in her practice. During her residency she started the Vaccines for Children program and worked with parents on vaccine education and planning.
