A graduate of Colgate University, Raluca Parnell, MD, obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Neuroscience before attending State University of New York Health Science Center at Brookln, earning her Doctor of Medicine degree in 1998.Dr. Parnell completed her internship in internal medicine at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY. She completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York, NY where she had also completed her fellowship in Musculoskeletal/ Body Imaging in 2004. Dr. Parnell scored in the 99th Percentile during the ABR Clinical Diagnostic Exam at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
