Had an ACDF w Dr. Tallerico, what a wonderful surgeon, several medical professionals in this area all said I scored getting a surgeon of the caliber of Dr. Tallerico. Surgery came out wonderful, bedside manors I have never seen before. He had my family informed no less than 3 times during the procedure, he even announced to my family the first incision. Great Dr, Upstate had great staff. Downside, which is an "Upstate" thing. Very poor treatment once you leave.
