Rob obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. He was a research assistant at Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital, where he studied skin cancer. He later worked as a microscopist at Cellay Inc., and One Cell Systems, and researched gut flora at the Antimicrobial Discovery Center in Boston.
