Robert A. Kayal, MD is the founder, president and CEO of Kayal Orthopaedic Center, PC. Dr. Kayal was raised in Bergen County, NJ, and attended the Ramapo-Regional High School in Franklin Lakes, NJ. He subsequently enrolled at Pennsylvania State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine. Immediately afterward, he began medical school, earning his MD from UMDNJ-NJMS in 1994. Dr. Kayal completed his 5-year Orthopaedic Surgery training in New York in 1999, and currently resides in Bergen County, NJ. He is married, and has five lovely children.

Dr. Kayal Review

Dr. Kayal has been my families orthopedic for 20 years. He is truly a gem as a doctor and as a person. He keeps up with the latest technologies and procedures in order to provide the highest level of care with a conservative approach to obtain the best results possible. He has resolved multiple orthopedic issues for our family through physical therapy, injections and surgery depending on the injury. His facilities, staff, physicians assistants and doctors are wonderful and caring.

Dr. Kayal performed two shoulder surgeries on our son and although he did not know us well at the time , he treated us like family. His level of care and his kindness and compassion towards his patients goes above and beyond . We won't go anywhere else!
