Dr. Holder attended Alma College and graduated from the University of Michigan College of Medicine. He completed his residency/fellowship at the University of Cincinnati., Baylor University and the University of Oklahoma.Dr. Holder lives in Dover with his wife and family. He enjoys water skiing, snow skiing and running.
