Dr. Dailey graduated Cum Laude from Dickinson College before earning a medical degree at Jefferson Medical College. He completed his general surgery and orthopedic residency at Saint Luke’s Medical Center and a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at SUNY Health Science Center. Dr. Dailey joined OIP in 1999.Dr. Dailey is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society, and Pennsylvania Medical Society. He is a fellow of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and has a Sub-specialty Certificate in Surgery of the Hand.
