William Owens, MD, began his surgical practice in 1991 in the Milwaukee area. Dr. Owens started as a general surgeon, but has focused exclusively on breast surgery since 2008. He has served as director of Aurora BayCare Medical Center’s Comprehensive Breast Care Center in Green Bay since 2009, where he cares for patients with benign or cancerous diseases of the breast.
