Janet E. guyer, M.D. is a Board-Certified Family Physician. Dr. Guyer earned her Medical Degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She completed her Residency in Family Medicine at the Area Health Education Center (AHEC) in Fort Smith, AR.

Prior to joining River Valley Primary Care Services, Dr. Guyer was associated with Cooper Clinic, PA and the Veteran’s Administration (VA).
