The doctor is polite and considerate. I felt comfortable. He served in Vietnam in the US army (from the photographs on wall). That's impressed me. He promised any help I needed in case the documentation he provided did not work out. His front office staff on the other hand were not friendly. The staff that made the appointment was rude. The checkout staff kept talking with each other about personal stuff while I stood there waiting for their attention. Over all I had a better experience with the staff in his other office (germantown, md) than the one in rockville,
