Dr. Kathy Wang received her bachelor of science degree in biochemistry from The University of California at Long Beach, Cum Laude, and went on to the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri where she received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree.

She served as chief resident in anesthesiology at Saint Louis University Hospital, and then to the Harvard Medical School on a Pain Fellowship as well as additional acupuncture training.
