Levi Miller, D.O., graduated from the University of North Texas, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine with an interest in neuromusculoskeletal medicine. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), having completed his residency at the University of Washington in Seattle. He fulfilled a fellowship in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine at Southwest Spine and Sports in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Dr. Miller diagnoses and treats neuromusculoskeletal issues through listening carefully to history, doing thorough examinations, interpreting imaging, and performing electrodiagnostics. His focus is providing nonsurgical solutions for acute and chronic musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. These range from education for healthy choices and behaviors to interventions that are minimally invasive, such as spine and joint injection using both ultrasound and fluoroscopic guidance.
