Dr. Matthew Peterson is a physician at Algone who recently accepted the medical directorship at the clinic. He has over 18 years of experience in the field of medicine, including nine years as a pain physician. His goal is to use a wide range of minimally invasive surgical and nonsurgical techniques to provide relief to patients with chronic and acute pain.

After receiving his undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia, Dr. Peterson attended medical school at the University of North Dakota. Dr. Peterson is a member of the American Society of Anesthesia and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
