Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Dr. Thomas Roberts graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of arts in chemistry from Louisiana Tech University in 1978. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University in 1982, where he received the Chancellor’s award as he completed both his internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, followed by a sports medicine fellowship at LSU Knee & Sports Medicine in 1988.

Dr. Roberts is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with a subspecialty certification in sports medicine. He joined Conway Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Clinic in 1992. He serves as team orthopaedic surgeon for UCA, Hendrix College, and Central Baptist College, as well as various area high schools.
